Recruiting for a Head Chef, with strong leadership and good business management acumen. You will be someone who has passion for sourcing the best produce available from nature and small suppliers around the area to deliver local, tasty food that showcases what is on offer at the time. Working in a relaxed environment, learning and development of individuals is key to producing inspiring and creation of unique dishes for our customers.
As Head Chef, you’ll be a natural leader, a talented Chef with a passionate for great quality produce. Experience in similar environments is essential. You will be responsible for day-to-day management of the kitchen team, menu development and H&S standards. You will have an infectious passion for food and have the ability pass on your knowledge to the team.

- Have good business acumen and management of food costs and budgeting
- Maintain H&S standards to a high level
This role is a full time, permanent position, currently delivering circa 15-20 covers per night with growth potential to 40-50 and event catering.
